We act exclusively on the basis oft he general German forwarding conditions 2016 (ADSp 2016).
Under number 23 of these conditions we are liable for the damage of transported goods
according to §431 HGB for 8,33 special drawing rights/kg for each case of damage
or each damage event with a maximum of 1 million respective 2 million Euros or 2 special drawing rights/kg
depending on which amount is higher.
And in case of multimodal transports inclusive of sea transport general 2 special drawing rights/kg.
